Vague Insanty 069It's not that I'm scared of reality; it's just that reality never offered me the opportunity to decide certain key things for myself. For instance, I would like to create a new fruit called the Frufvaloo fruit. The Frufvaloo fruit would be the color quarange. It would taste like sugary sweet nectary goodness and would be the perfect garnish for Venusian Maitais. Now, I think the universe is being a prick, if it won't even let me invent a new of kind fruit. Sure, I could do some screwy genetic engineering and mix a watermelon with a lemon to create the waterlemon (and make trillions of dollars), but I've just given you that whole idea for FREE! See, I am a moron - A moron who invents fruit and then gives away its secrets. But reality just can't hand me the keys to crack and create new configurations of matter. Apparently that sort of thing is reserved for God, and people who like to play God, and Dave, the guy who runs the mini-golf course at Paradise Sands. I just think some level of control, some fanatical, low level control of the nature of reality would be good, welcomed, and only very slightly dangerous in my hands. |
